Campaign Story

Our names are Dylan and Emily Ford. We’re high school sweethearts who got married on October 28, 2022, but have been together since the spring of 2011. We’ve started a fundraiser to help cover the costs of IVF as we continue our journey to become parents.

We’ve been trying to grow our family for several years now. After two medicated cycles and three intrauterine inseminations (IUIs) — all of which were unsuccessful — we received a diagnosis of “unexplained infertility.” While I’ve responded well to every treatment so far, we still haven’t had the success we’ve been hoping and praying for.

We’ve now reached the point where IVF is our best path forward, and while we’re hopeful, the financial burden is significant. The estimated cost of treatment, medications, and related care is around $20,000 — a number that’s simply out of reach for us without help.

Becoming a mother is my absolute dream. Dylan and I have always known we wanted to be parents, and we’re doing everything we can to make that dream come true. Asking for help is incredibly difficult, but we’re opening up about our journey in the hope that friends, family, and even kind-hearted strangers might walk beside us in this chapter.
