Campaign Story

My name is Rodnesha Smith-Hollis and I am currently living with Multiple Sclerosis. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis 10 years ago. When I was diagnosed with in 2013, I was devastated and thought that it was unreal. After getting a 2nd and 3rd opinion, it was confirmed that I definitely has Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis. Based on the medical advice that I received from the specialist, I was scared that I would have complications with any pregnancy, so I got my tubes tied, clipped, and burned. It’s been 10 years and I have met my husband that is the love of my life and my best friend. We would love to start a family, but we are unable to afford IVF or a Tubal Reversal on our own. I am asking for a much financial help that we can get as a lower poverty marriage couple that wants to conceive and start a family together. It would mean the world to us if we could receive as much help as we could to make our dream a reality. This is one of the most important wishes that my husband and I are not giving up on. I want to be able to look at my future baby and tell her my testimony and also, how she came into this world and beautiful family. We are more than ready and I would love nothing more than for my husband and I to become parents.
