Campaign Story

Our Journey is not an easy one. I don’t think anyone on this journey ever has it easy. The emotional, financial, spiritual, and marital stress can all feel cumbersome at times. My wife have I have been married for 4 years, together for 8. Our fertility story started a year and a half ago. My wife and I tried conceiving naturally for two years. During those two years, my wife underwent many myomectomies at an attempt to remove the fibroids causing the infertility. No matter how many myomectomies my wife had, it became impossible to conceive naturally. In fact, in the (hopefully not so near) future my wife will need a hysterectomy due to the issues the fibroids cause. Everything from anemia to low blood iron levels – it is simply something that must be done to regain ger quality of life, especially for when we have a child. Did I mention my wife completed a two year education program during all this? She really is a rockstar. I admire her so much.

Fast forward after 84, consultations, iron infusions, hormone injections, deductibles, copays, out of pocket expenses, watching all your friends/family grow their families, the lifetime fertility benefit exhausted on our insurance, and thousands of prayers – 18 eggs were retrieved. 12 fertilized into viable embryos! We got the news on Christmas Eve! It was the best Christmas present I think I have ever had in my life. We need your help to continue. We hope you consider joining our fertility journey.
