Hi, we’re a newly married couple who dreamed of starting a family from the moment we fell in love. After five years together, we finally said “I do” this past September—but our journey to parenthood has been shaped by challenges we never imagined. October 27th of 2023 I was in a devastating motorcycle accident. I suffered life-threatening injuries, including internal decapitation, a broken hip and pelvis, and the loss of a kidney and spleen. During my nearly twelve weeks in the hospital, my wife never left my side. Her strength held us together, and her love carried me through recovery. Now, as we look toward building our family, we’re facing another hurdle. The accident impacted my fertility, and my wife has been managing PCOS since 2018. Recent tests show she doesn’t ovulate naturally, which means we need medical help to conceive. We’ve been told that IUI or IVF are our best paths forward, but the costs feel overwhelming on top of my ongoing recovery. We’re reaching out with humble hearts to ask for your support. Any contribution will go directly toward fertility treatments, medications, and the medical appointments we need to finally welcome a baby into our lives.
