Greetings,
My name is Apryl, I am a 43yr old woman who has struggled my whole life with never being able to conceive a child naturally. It has pained me mentally and emotionally. At times in my life I have felt hopeless, unworthy, and mostly useless as a woman. 🙁
I reach out now at the age of 43 for help.. It has taken me a lifetime to find my soul mate and establish a stable healthy environment / home for the family my husband & I desperately want. Now can u imagine after getting married to the man of your dreams & tons of OB/GYN appointments, numerous tests indicating that u have a pretty good egg count for your age, have no other health issues other than blocked tubes. Can u imagine how Angry, disappointed, embarrassed, hopeless and worthless I felt telling my husband I would
be unable to give him children because of a health INSURANCE ISSUE wuth Blue cross + Blue shield of Massachusetts!
I’m devastated!! Our insurance told us THEY WILL NOT PAY FOR IVF for patients 43 yrs of age or older.
Can you understand how this news has broke our hearts & shattered our dreams? We feel so much more stressed & defeated after coming this far. Especially after finding out that we are more than capable of conceiving and carrying a healthy child to term. But with no hopes of continuing to IVF because of a cruel unfair policy of my health INSURANCE company.
We feel our attainable dreams were snatched away. The hard part is knowing our
future family is more than possible if not lack of INSURANCE approval or funding. I know & feel perfectly young & healthy enough to take this journey from conception to birth to raising a child/children. I believe I would of quite likely conceived a child by now if I had known I had Tubal blockages long ago.. My husband and I could of tacked this issue earlier in our marriage.
Whatever the Most High has planned for me.. I can hear the gentle whisper in my heart…
“The Most High helps his children who help themselves… & to not give up on the dream my husband and I share of having our child together. Anything is possible if you work/ & pray hard enough.
This is our last hope to raise the amount of funds needed for at least one round of IVF + Rx Meds.
At this point we feel so low & desperate at this time that my husband and I humbly reach out to any and all who read this. If you can understand what we are going through or perhaps you don’t understand the pain we are going through but either way we ask that u help us on our journey by donating any thing you can spare to our fundraiser. We seek financial or IVF service donations to ease the burden of how expensive IVF+ meds cost.
