My name is Tiffany and me and my husband Jason have been trying to start a family for 7 years . I have PCOS and Hashimoto which causes a lack of ovulation and periods due to a imbalance of hormones and cysts . We have tried 3 rounds of Chlomid and 12 rounds of Letrazol to help me ovulate and get me pregnant with no luck . We moved onto IUI with injections and used Up the lifetime 6000$ in fertility medications with my benefits during 2 failed Super ovulation IUI . I recently did become pregnant and started miscarrying a month after . I tried to go to work and even worked while miscarrying to keep my mind off things , physically and emotionally I got way to tired , currently waiting for medical EI . I’m now 36 and my husband is 39 and last year I almost gave up trying which left me super depressed . Now I saw hope since I got pregnant and would like to try and have a successful pregnancy the cost for a IVF and ICSI we have been quoted is about 16,500 $ including medication . This money would help by paying for the rest of the IVF which we have some saved and the time off work (since I work out if the city ) they will be utilized only for these reasons at PCRM my dr is Dr smithson
