Campaign Story

Hey!! My name is Michelle and I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, a.k.a. PCOS. PCOS is incurable and doctors don’t really know exactly what causes it. What we do know is that it is a hormonal imbalance that also couples with insulin resistance. I am married to my amazing husband, who, in the last 8 years, has walked through a million crazy diets and lifestyle changes with me to try and boost my fertility with no avail. We have gone through 5 IUI treatments and had gotten emotionally drained from them. After COVID, me losing my job, and then deciding to go to school online and get my certified clinical medical assistant certification we have decided we want to try again. Unfortunately, because all the economic craziness going on I know we can’t afford treatments. There is a clinic in Colorado that is way less expensive and I am willing to travel there and see what we can do. And I know this is a long shot but we really have tried everything else.
