Hello, everyone!
We are here to share a deeply personal story of love, resilience, and the hope for a miracle. It’s a story that revolves around my partner and me and our unwavering desire to bring a child into this world despite the many obstacles we have endured.
Ten years ago, in the midst of my military career, I didnt know destiny would bring my partner and I together. She was a childcare and pre-k teacher with a love and passion for guiding, understanding, and compassion for children. You could see the love she had for what she did. She connected with them, and as each family PCS’d as military families do, she kept in contact with them. Our love blossomed, and we embarked on a journey filled with dreams and aspirations. However, life had other plans for us. With the military life, it pulled and led us in many directions, and throughout the stress of it all, she stuck by my side. We had talked about family and children for so long, and through many months and years of trying a few angels and discovering she had PCOS, tubular blockage, and ovarian cysts, we prayed. She is the toughest and bravest soldier I know, and I knew she was my person. I wanted to do this life with all of it, hood and bad. I  will married the love of my life, completed my enlistment, and together, we moved to a town we always talked about and brought our family home with hopes of one day filling it with the joys of little feet and laughter.
Yet, amidst the challenges, there remains a flicker of hope—a desire that burns brightly within our hearts. We dream of creating a loving family. I want to be able to give this gift of life to my wife. Our only viable option with everything she has gone through and with her age 36 and time pushing against us I dont want her to lose that flicker of hope but be able to embrase the love and joy she has when she talks about children and with in-vitro fertilization (IVF) we can expand our family with the love with have. To see her heavy struggle of being put on hold because of a medical procedure that carries significant financial burdens hurts my soul.
IVF offers us a chance to conceive. However, the costs associated with the procedure, medications, and ongoing treatments have proven insurmountable for us. I am asking you to help us in this next path by donating to our fundraiser. We are seeking assistance with IVF/surrogacy and would be honored if you could help. Any amount that you can give would be a blessing for starting our future family.
