My name is LeAnn, six years ago we got the unfortunate news that my husband could no longer have children of his own. Almost 9 years ago, come May we had our beautiful little girl, Addison, which myself and many others around us call his miracle baby. After getting the news, we were both devastated and thought adoption or IVF were our only options to become parents again, but as many of you know, it can be very pricey. From IVF costing anywhere from $15,000 to $30,000 and adoption costing anywhere from $30,000 and $60,000. Until about a week ago when I was doing some research and I came across IUI known as Intrauterine Insemination, which is thousands cheaper than IVF and adoption, and very much affordable to those of us who feel as if adoption or IVF is our only way to become parents. Now, though it’s affordable, I am hoping we can raise the money with the help of family and friends along side of what we ourselves save to put towards it. Due to it doesn’t always work with the first round. Even if you cannot donate just a simple share is just as helpful. We cannot wait to be able to start our IUI journey, and for many of you to be a part of it. Thank you all so much.
