My name is Alexys, I have Polycystic ovarian syndrome, commonly known as Pcos! Irregular periods or no periods at all. In my case no periods. Or ovulation. I have been unsuccessful
getting pregnant (because of irregular ovulation or failure to ovulate)
excessive hair growth (hirsutism) – usually on the face, chest, back or buttocks.
weight gain.
thinning hair and hair loss from the head.
oily skin or acne.
So being not able to conceive on my own due to this terrible chronic disease!!
Me and spouse have been trying well over 9+ years..
2 failed IUI’s and now going to give IVF our last go around, due to me having polyps the Drs. Have seriously suggested I need to go trough with a hysterectomy next year July 2023!! So I did what anyone would do with this kind of news I got a second opinion and they suggested it as well so we considered on seeing one more Dr just to be safe and they also said the same thing so Needless to say I’m on a time frame.. and I’m not willing to give up on my dream on becoming a mother and spouse a father!
