Campaign Story

Hello! My name is Kaitlyn and my husband’s name is Jeffrey. We got married in April of 2017 and quickly began starting to grow our family. After trying on our own for two years, we realized that something wasn’t right….why was it so easy for others to get pregnant and not for us? I have always dreamed of being a mommy and the more that I saw friends and family easily got pregnant around me, it tore me down completely.
We went to a Fertility Specialist and were diagnosed with fertility issues in January of 2019. We went through two rounds of IUIs and they were both unsuccessful. COVID hit and put the brakes on everything. We tried on our own again until 2023. Jeff and I have done four more rounds of IUIs, all of which were unsuccessful. Thankfully, these were all covered by our Insurance.
Our next journey is to begin IVF treatments. These treatment costs and medications, unfortunately, will not be covered by our Insurance. The donations will go towards IVF cycles, Embryo Cryopreservation, Frozen Embryo Transfer and testing, and finally, medication costs.
