The Gift of Parenthood Foundation Board of Directors will select uninsured and underinsured applicants for a grant that can be used toward fertility treatment at any medical facility or laboratory operated by a licensed physician. This includes fertility clinics that are members of the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART).

Gift of Parenthood carefully and thoroughly reviews each application. We charge a nonrefundable $65 application fee to cover the expense of this review. All information provided on your application is confidential and will not be disclosed outside of the selection committee and clinical advisors.

Grant Application

Registration is closed. Applicants will be notified via email. Registration for the Spring Grant Giveaway will re-open in January 2022.
