Acceptable verification documents for payouts

Below is a list of documents that Gift of Parenthood can accept as proof of identity for fundraiser payouts.

Some forms of documentation require scans of both the front and back of the document. 

Acceptable forms of identification:

• Passport
• Passport card
• Driver license
• State issued ID card
• Resident permit ID / U.S. Green Card
• Border crossing card
• Child ID card
• NYC card
• U.S. visa card
• Birth Certificate

Acceptable identity documents vary by country, however, a passport scan for identity verification is always acceptable and is preferred.
