What is Embryo Adoption?
Embryo adoption is a unique form of adoption, where individuals or couples adopt a (fresh or frozen) donated embryo for IVF or surrogacy purposes. For those struggling with infertility, an embryo adoption is a powerful form of love in action.
Though the child born is not biologically tied to the parents, they experience all pregnancy-related events such as labor, delivery, skin-to-skin bonding, breastfeeding, and more, which is not always possible with traditional adoption. The average cost of embryo adoption is $2,500 to $4,000 plus other fees associated with IVF or surrogacy. For couples and individuals waiting their whole lives to be parents, this cost can be challenging to overcome. Help future parents bridge the gap, lend a hand, and make what feels impossible possible.
